Japan’s tourism industry began to develop in the 1950s. On one hand, the country pay attention to the development of tourism infrastructure, the construction of hotels and cultural and entertainment facilities, strengthen the construction of transport, the implementation of the examination system to improve the quality of personnel service and service quality, on the other hand, it vigorously develop natural landscape tourism resources, pay attention to historical and cultural tourism resources, but also regulating the relevant administrative agencies to strengthen internal coordination, making tourism development planning, strengthening tourism promotion work. So for a period of 40 years, domestic and international tourism has a considerable development, and achieved remarkable results, now it becomes the world’s major tourism power. There are many things we can learn from them. The main overseas tourist destination of Japanese tourists is the United States. In 1988, about 1.5 million people went to Hawaii, and there were about 1.5 million tourists traveling across the Pacific to the North American continent. China’s Taiwan, Hong Kong, and South Korea are the main destinations for their travel in the Pacific. On the conference, I would like to meet people from the tourism industry in Japan or U.S. to learn more about its tourism industry. Hope I could help to promote the tourism between two countries.

On the Feather River, 105 km north of Sacramento, California, there is a dam up to 230 meters. The dam, known as Oroville, was built in 1968 and was the tallest dam in the United States. , Due to large-scale rainfall and snow, the dam can’t hold it anymore. In recent days, the water level of the Oroville dam has risen sharply.
